Mexico how much I haven't seen

Mexico was one of the first countries that truly sparked my passion for international travel. Over the years I've explored colonial cities, beach towns, mountain communities, cruise ports, and retirement destinations throughout the country. From the vibrant streets of Guanajuato and San Miguel de Allende to the Pacific coast beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, and Huatulco, every visit has revealed a different side of Mexico. Rich culture, incredible food, friendly people, and endless opportunities for adventure make Mexico one of the most diverse and enjoyable destinations in Latin America.

Mexico Travel Guide

Introduction

Mexico was one of the first countries that truly opened my eyes to international travel. Long before I was exploring Colombia, Argentina, or Ecuador, I found myself crossing the border and discovering a country filled with incredible food, welcoming people, beautiful beaches, colonial cities, and diverse landscapes.

Over the years, I’ve visited destinations ranging from the colorful streets of Guanajuato and San Miguel de Allende to the beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, and Huatulco. I’ve explored mountain towns, coastal resorts, cruise ports, and lakeside communities, each offering a completely different experience.

This guide combines my personal experiences with practical travel information to help you discover why Mexico remains one of my favorite destinations in Latin America.

Why Visit Mexico?

Mexico offers something for every type of traveler.

Whether you’re interested in:

      • Beaches and resorts

      • Colonial architecture

      • Mountain towns

      • Food and culture

      • Retirement destinations

      • Adventure travel

      • Cruise ports

      • Affordable vacations

Mexico delivers an incredible variety of experiences within a single country.

One of the things I’ve always appreciated about Mexico is how different each region feels. A trip to Puerto Vallarta is nothing like a visit to Guanajuato, and neither resembles life around Lake Chapala or Cabo San Lucas.

    Guanajuato

Guanajuato remains one of the most beautiful colonial cities I’ve visited anywhere in Latin America. Known for its colorful buildings, winding streets, underground roadways, and rich history, it offers a unique atmosphere that feels completely different from Mexico’s beach destinations.
