My Story (The Short, Honest Version)
I’m Stan — a retired Air Force veteran, lifelong traveler, and someone who chose experience over comfort long before it became trendy.
My life has taken me through:
Military service
A long, varied professional career
Years of domestic travel across the U.S.
Full-time Class B van living
Extended time living abroad, especially in Latin America
Along the way, I didn’t just visit places — I lived in them. I learned how systems work (and don’t), how culture reshapes your expectations, how relationships change when you leave your home country, and how freedom often comes with trade-offs no one talks about.
